Order fulfillment at My Health Matrix is automated and begins immediately upon purchase. As such, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. Please ensure all order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Return Policy

My Health Matrix does not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. All claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within five (5) days of delivery. We do not resell returned products under any circumstances to ensure the integrity and safety of our inventory.
